What are the terms and conditions?
Online Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on the www.clarins.co.za website and put towards the purchase of eligible products listed on our online catalogue and sold by Clarins South Africa. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the customer to receive the voucher in their inbox. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for another Online Gift Voucher. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used in-store or to pay for treatments. Online Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Online Gift Vouchers have an expiration date. They are valid for one year. Online Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable or assignable. If the order exceeds the amount of the Online Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. Normal www.clarins.co.za terms and conditions apply. Clarins South Africa is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission Online Gift Vouchers. All the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used by Clarins, to make a delivery or to improve our service to you. It will never be shared or sold. Online Gift Voucher purchases are not eligible for free samples or gifts.
