How do I sign up for the new Club Clarins loyalty program?
It's easy! Simply opt in to join Club Clarins when creating a Clarins.co.za account. If you already have a Clarins.co.za account, log in and go to My Account to sign up for Club Clarins. You will receive 100 points for signing up, our welcome treat!
How does the program work?
Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarins.co.za and participating in select brand activities. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more benefits you enjoy—including an even more exciting selection of full size product rewards! Explore the rewards boutique.
N.B: Using your loyalty voucher will affect the eligibility to redeem a gift based on minimum spend.

How do I earn points?

Clarins.co.za purchases and activities are automatically credited to your account. Once you earn 2 500 points, treat yourself to your first reward!
- Sign up for Club Clarins = 100 bonus points
- R1 spent on Clarins at Clarins.co.za = 1 point
- Share your birth date with us = 50 bonus points and 2x points on your first eligible purchase online during the month of your birthday. Valid one-time only.
- If you make your first and second purchase on Clarins.co.za within 3 months you will receive 400 bonus points in addition to the points earned from your order

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Log into Clarins.co.za and go to 'Choose my rewards' in My Account. Once you've selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout. Note that orders containing only complimentary product rewards will incur a minimal shipping fee of R75. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is R750+. Adore Tier members receive free economy shipping for all orders including rewards.
